Delete Your Nobanté Account

Delete your account in the app

Profile → Account & Data → Delete my account

Open Nobanté, go to your Profile tab, scroll to Account & Data, tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

Deletion is permanent

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your answers, your challenge and surprise completions, your quiz plays, your saved memories and your membership in every private space. This cannot be undone and the data cannot be restored. Private spaces where you were the only remaining member are deleted with their content.

Your partner's account

Deleting your Nobanté account does not delete your partner's account. If a partner is still in a shared space, their own account and their own data remain, and you are simply removed from that space.

If you can no longer sign in to your account and need help deleting it, email us. Requests are reviewed manually by our team and are not processed automatically; we may need to verify your identity first.
