Private Couple Spaces
Each relationship space is private and separate. Information from one private space is never exposed to another relationship space.
Information Shared With Your Partner
Some content intentionally becomes visible to the connected partner as part of Nobanté features, such as answers after the required reveal conditions are met, quiz results, completed activities and shared memories.
Data We Do Not Sell
Nobanté does not sell users' personal information.
Service Providers
Trusted infrastructure and service providers may process limited information when necessary to operate Nobanté. We only work with providers who help us host, secure, and deliver the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information as long as necessary to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Profile → Account & Data → Delete my account. Instructions are also available at /delete-account. If you cannot access your account, contact support@nobante.app for deletion assistance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Nobanté is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
International Users
Nobanté may be used internationally. Information may be processed in countries different from your own, including countries that may not have the same data protection laws.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means.
