How Nobanté handles personal information

This overview explains the product’s privacy approach in clear language. It covers the marriage experience and preserved private legacy spaces.

Information you provide

Account details, profile answers, preferences, photos, contact requests, messages, reports, verification submissions and support requests may be processed to provide the service.

Visibility and discovery

A marriage profile is not discoverable by default. Discovery depends on explicit consent, eligibility, review status, visibility settings and safety restrictions.

Protected content

Private photos, verification documents and messages use restricted access. Chaperone access is limited to the connection explicitly shared and may be revoked.

Legacy couple spaces

Older couple-space content remains separate and private. It is not copied into a marriage profile or made discoverable without an explicit user action.

Service, safety and legal use

Information may be used to operate features, prevent abuse, enforce limits, investigate reports, maintain required records and comply with applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Account controls can request deletion. Some safety, fraud, dispute and payment records may be retained where needed for legitimate or legal obligations.
